Here is our 3 Easy Steps to owning YOUR Freedom.

 

To complete your purchase, our process is as follows:

 

Step 1

We require the following to write your purchase contract which will be sent to you via Docusign for electronic signature.

1. Name(s) you wish to appear on the contract and deed

2. Mailing address

3. Phone Number

4. Email address

5. Date you will be making your payment (or Down Payment for Owner Financing Only)

6. Day of month you would like to make your monthly payments (Required for Owner Financing Only)

 

Step 2

Once your contract is signed, we will send you your payment instructions. After payment is received, we will send you a copy of the signed purchase contract and your receipt of payment.

 

Step 3 (For Cash Sale Only)

We record your deed with the County using a County approved recording platform called Simplifile. The deed is then recorded within 3 - 5 business days and the property is officially yours. We will then email you a copy of the recorded deed for your records.

Step 3 (For Owner Financing Only)

The property is yours to use after your down payment and documentation fee has been received. Once all payments have been received as per the purchase contract, we then record your deed with the County using a County approved recording platform called Simplifile. The deed is then recorded within 3 - 5 business days and the property is officially yours. We will then email you a copy of the deed for your records.
